The Brief
To create a series of shiny staff testimonial videos with a difference… no rehearsed lines, no scripts, no fluff. Just an authentic representation of Green and Purple’s warm, flexible work culture in their funky new premises. Humour encouraged, honesty a must, outtakes left in.

Production
To capture the personalities of the business, we felt it was important that each individual had their own personal set-up when it came to composition.

Our inner interior designers raced quickly into gear to re-arrange sofas and desks between each talking head, providing a fresh feel to every piece of content.

That brought additional challenges in terms of time constraints. We had to work equally hard and fast to capture variety in the b-roll within a tight shoot schedule. Establishing the interests and nature of each member of staff was vital, to confidently direct talent on screen to nail both quality and the quantity of shots required.
There was a two camera talking head set-up, with a slider and an ultra-wide-angle lens adopted. The latter meant an intricate audio set-up was also required given the additional distance needed to keep audio equipment out of shot.

Deliverables
A series of video testimonials to arm Green and Purple with cracking content for their soft recruitment campaign, to be utilised on their website and Linkedin.
